  12. I just bought a Cardinal external 28.8 V.34/V.FC modem and all I had
  13. to do was plug it in the port.  My computer recognized it on com 2 and
  14. I haven't had one problem yet.  I also installed the l.4 flash rom,
  15. but I had no problems before the installation.  The only difference is
  16. I now connect at 28.8 as often as I connect at 26.4.  I've never
  17. connected at anything less than 26.4.
